Return Policy

If you wish to return your item via the mail within 30 days of delivery for full refund minus shipping charges, you must first contact us by email: information@zimmerbrothers.com.

We will then give you a Return Authorization # to include in your return package and email a shipping label to you.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your refund will be credited back to you in the method of payment used in the original purchase whenever possible.

You may also return or exchange your merchandise to either of our two locations.

Certain items may not be returned such as:
Personalized items (ie. sized rings, engraved or monogrammed items) and Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).
